Dylan Mathews grew up in a house that was always filled with good-looking guys. However, with her four protective older brothers, they never stood a chance.

Except for one.

Dylan knew she loved Ben McKenna from the first time she laid eyes on him. When he started sneaking in her room, she thought he felt the same way. But just as their passion ignited, he left for college and never came back.

Until now.

Returning home after 5 years, Ben realizes Dylan has always been the one for him. Can he win back her heart and finally find love under the orange moon?

You can read a sneak peek of the book at iBooks

What a fantastic debut from this author.  Dylan Mathews  grew up in  testosterone laden home with four brothers, one of which is her twin.  She is an budding artist and lives at home with her mum, whilst working part time at the local bar.
Ben McKenna is their neighbour and very much a part of the Mathews family.  Linda Mathews treats him as one of her own sons.  Ben's parents separated when he was young and his mother dealt with it by becoming an alcoholic.  His only constant normality growing up came from the time he spent with the Mathews family.
Dylan fell in love with Ben when she first met him as a child and for her there is no one else.  Ben feels the same way and as a teenage boy  he begins to sneak into her bed each night just to cuddle with Dylan.  They never express their feelings for each other with words though.
"He never needed to tell her anything; she just knew"
Ben is getting ready to head off to University and on their last night together Ben realises how deeply Dylan feels for him but he knows that all the nasty things his mother says to him are true and he is better off leaving what he has with Dylan as it is, she would be better off without him.
"Dylan was more than just beautiful, though.  She was resplendently perfect.  But he could never have her."
Five years later, Ben is returning to have Christmas holidays back in his hometown.  He is surprised to see the beautiful young woman that Dylan has become and all those familiar feelings return, in abundance.  It isn't long before Ben starts crawling back into bed with Dylan and the physical changes in both of them proves too hard to resist.
Dylan and Ben know that if any of her brothers found out about them, it would not go down well.  No one is good enough for their sister and especially not Ben the womanizer.  When Ben's world is rocked by a tragedy be deals with it by pushing away the Mathews family, he knows they all mean well he just needs to sort himself out, he doesn't feel worthy of their love.  His self inflicted loss of the only family he has ever known leaves him feeling completely alone.
"He was his father; his mother had always been right about that.  He was selfish, heartless, and incapable of putting anyone before himself."
Will Ben ever be able to see himself through Dylan's eyes and realise that he can be his own hero and being loved and wanted by someone and giving that back in return is a life he can have with her.
This is a beautiful story about second chance love and I loved it.
I give this 4 orange moon stars.

Adrienne Frances spends her time as a writing consultant at a university near her home. In her spare time, she loves to be with her husband and two sons, who have made her exactly who she is today. Writing is a passion that she has appreciated for as long as she can remember. She believes that a wild imagination is a terrible thing to waste and should be captured and brought to life by all that are blessed to have one. This way of life is what led her to become a writer and later an author under Bandit Publishing. Her first celebrated novel, Under the Orange Moon, is set to release in March.
