Surrounded by Secrets is book four of a series but can be read as a stand alone, which is how I read it. This book is also very short (less than 100 pages), so it makes for a quick hot, steamy read.
Lillian has decided she wants Jack...in her bed. And she devises just the plan to get him there. But she never expected that one night with this hottie would change her life forever. 
The next morning, Jack quickly realizes what has happened. There is nothing he can do to change it, so he must find a way to explain things to Lillian. But how exactly do you tell someone that you have now changed them into a shifter when they know nothing about them?
Awkward!!!
Lillian takes it better then I thought she would. But this is only the beginning of things for these two.
The sexual chemistry between these two was smokin' hot!! And neither one of them can seem to deny it, even when they want to. Throw in a little heated arguments, mystery and you have a pretty good quick little read.
