My Thoughts
**ARC provided by author for honest review**

Natalie has decided she needs a change of scenery. It has been a month since she got her boyfriend of four years, Bryson, cheating on her. He refuses to accept the fact that they are over and won't leave her alone. So, she is moving to Miami to stay with her friend Harper. Natalie is hoping that she will be able to move on from the heartache and live it up a little.

But her first night there she meets Nolan. She wants a one night stand with him but he tells her no. He is interested in more with her. Nolan begins to pursue Natalie and believes if she will just give him a chance, they could have something great.

Natalie finally agrees to go out with Nolan, but only as friends. He takes her to Steak 'N' Shake (nope I am not making that up!). This kinda threw me because even though he agreed it was only as friends, couldn't he at least spring for Outback?! But the icing on the cake is he makes her leave before they even eat! Not my idea of a second date candidate!

Eventually, Nolan and Natalie work out the kinks and begin a relationship. The sex between then was pretty hot. But that is all it felt like they had going for them as a couple. I just did not feel the connection between these two.

I have to be completely honest, I struggled with the storyline and the characters in this book. I did not like Nolan's character AT ALL!! I love an alpha male, but Nolan was too much too fast. His interest in Natalie would have been fine if he would have handled it a little better. But telling her that she either goes on a date with him or he will show up to her apartment until she does, well it just came across as stalkerish.

Then there was the fact that even after becoming involved, Nolan and Natalie don't know little things about each other like what they other is majoring in? And she doesn't know what he does for work? I know I have been out of the dating scene for a good long while, but I remember that in the beginning, I wanted to know any and every thing there was about the other person. So needless to say, things just felt to rushed between them

The book had its moments but for the most part, it was okay.
